The purchase of items, sold in accordance with the 'Rebated Equipment Sale' procedure, must be paid by credit card at the time of sale.
This type of sale is builing.6412, Thursday from 08h30 to 16h.
The equipment is sold in the state and without guarantee (no return or exchange will be accepted).
Individuals who have purchased discarded equipment must leave CERN through Gate B (no entry through Gate E), under the supervision of a guard, and return the Ticket of Sale. The remaining note stands for invoice.
Individuals from outside CERN who would like to come on Thursdays from 8.30 am to 4 pm, will have to make an appointment and send an email to recovery.sales@cern.ch with the following details, in order to request an access card :
- last name,
- first name,
- nationality,
- e-mail,
- phone number,
- date and place of birth,
- vehicle registration number (if you plan to enter by car onsite).
Once the access card has been requested, the visitor will receive a confirmation code by email and on the day of his arrival to CERN, he will need to go to building 33 (CERN Reception) to collect his access card.
